

Since 2012, Alisa has been a counsellor, motivational self awareness speaker, group facilitator, and expert level life coach/mentor at various locations such as residential rehabs, homeless outreach, and mental health and physical disability organizations. Alisa first completed a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Social Science, then a Master’s in counselling, and finally became an expert level certified life coach/mentor. Although, it was the time Alisa spent working as a hairdresser as well as volunteering at an aged care facility that released the passion within to begin helping individuals with their journey through their own life.
Alisa has been working as a hairdresser for over 17 years. This is where Alisa found a passion for talking and helping people.
In today’s world, it seems everyone is talking, and no one is listening to others or themselves, and that is what Alisa is here for. To help release your inner dialogue and help you find your path in life and experience healthier interpersonal relationships with others, reach goals and feel content within yourself. Alisa uses a mixture of evidence based practices and also focuses on holistic work and is here to walk with you on your journey not in front and not behind.

Groups sizes range from 5-10 people who find speaking with others in a safe environment about self worth and realising the answered that we look for, we often give away.
